Super Shiney™ makes a super shiny top coat for manicures and pedicures! Don’t let the name fool you, though, because this formula does more than just add a gleam to nails. It creates a super-hard, super-glossy finish that seals in and protects nail color. It even has UV-absorbers so nail color resists fading and discoloration from the elements. Think it can’t get any better? Think again. The 3-free formula does not contain Formaldehyde, Toluene, or Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP).
