Nationwide Nails Supply offers free domestic shipping on orders over $100 with one time coupon code and under 30 pounds. For Wholesale members, free shipping is available on orders over $3000.00. Please be advised that marketplace (drop shipment), heavy (30 lbs. and over), and oversized (furniture or equipment) items are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order will be shipped out by shipping carriers such as, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Damages
Nationwide Nails Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Notice: PPE products are not subject to our return policy and may not be returned. This includes: face masks, face shields, gloves, table shields, alcohol, and hand sanitizers.
Store Returns Policies:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and are not open package.
Non Returnable items:
CARBIDES, *TOOLS, BRUSHES, LIQUIDS, GEL, LACQUERS, POWDERS, PPE PRODUCTS, ELECTRONICS AND ELECTRICALS EQUIPMENT, FURNITURES, LASH PRODUCTS.
*TOOLS (I.E PUSHERS, NIPPERS, CLIPPERS, AND ANYTHING NOT LIMITED TO NAIL CARE, FOOT CARE & LASH CARE.)
To complete your return, we require a Receipt or Proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition or original package or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.Any item that is returned more than7 days after delivery.
Please note that a restocking fee of 25% will be imposed for some returned items.
