Notice:All PPE products and Electronics,Electricals are not subject to our return policy and may not be returned or refunded. This includes: face masks, face shields, gloves, table shields, alcohol,all related Nail's tools and hand sanitizers.
Store Returns Policies:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and are not open package.
Non Returnable items:
CARBIDES, *TOOLS, BRUSHES, LIQUIDS, GEL, LACQUERS, POWDERS, PPE PRODUCTS, ELECTRONICS AND ELECTRICALS EQUIPMENT, FURNITURES, LASH PRODUCTS.
*TOOLSÂ (I.E PUSHERS, NIPPERS, CLIPPERS, AND ANYTHING NOT LIMITED TO NAIL CARE, FOOT CARE & LASH CARE.)
To complete your return, we require a Receipt or Proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition or original package or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.Any item that is returned more than7 days after delivery.
Please note that a restocking fee of 25% will be imposed for some returned items.
