Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and are not open package.

Non Returnable items:

CARBIDES, *TOOLS, BRUSHES, LIQUIDS, GEL, LACQUERS, POWDERS, PPE PRODUCTS, ELECTRONICS AND ELECTRICALS EQUIPMENT, FURNITURES, LASH PRODUCTS.

*TOOLS (I.E PUSHERS, NIPPERS, CLIPPERS, AND ANYTHING NOT LIMITED TO NAIL CARE, FOOT CARE & LASH CARE.)

To complete your return, we require a Receipt or Proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition or original package or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Please note that a restocking fee of 25% will be imposed for some returned items.
