Please be advised that marketplace (drop shipment), heavy (30 lbs. and over), and oversized (furniture or equipment) items are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order will be shipped out by shipping carriers such as, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Damages
Nationwide Nails Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Store Returns Policies:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and are not open package.
Non Returnable items:
CARBIDES, *TOOLS, BRUSHES, LIQUIDS, GEL, LACQUERS, POWDERS, PPE PRODUCTS, ELECTRONICS AND ELECTRICALS EQUIPMENT, FURNITURES, LASH PRODUCTS.

To complete your return, we require a Receipt or Proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition or original package or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.Any item that is returned more than7 days after delivery.
